i had a card approved a few days ago from td bank and it never showed up, things seem t o be getting lost in the mail alot theese days... they offered to expedite at $25 which i agreed to pay. card came, the fee is no where to be found. i want to pay this as i agrreed to it and eventually theyll probabbly put it on but i dont want to wait for months for it to get charged. maybe itll come when the first statement comes. wondering if anyone has experience with this , with TD especially to ease my mind. 2nd of all, the first card when it was on my dashboard showed an option to activate it. now with the replacement card there is no activation button and i never activated the first card, just let the option sit there as i never recevied it and now, says i have no cards waiting to be activated, etc etc. i used it, works without an issue. but i never activated the first card. Do replacement cards come activated already? these are the 2 stupid questions i dont wanna call and ask and embarrras myself. im thinking even though twitter said they dont come pre-activated, that replacement cards even with different numbers are already activated .. i didnt read the letter, btu there was no activation sticker on it etc.. edit: the rep definitely did Not waive the fee. i verbally agreed to it and she did not waive it for sure.
