what do they look for scores baddies which cr do they pull?

I really dont know what they look for. They pulled TU for me and my scores were around 695. They give me Personal Card $2k and Biz Card with $15K.

The pulled TU in Texas.  Igot the card in December.  I dont remeber what my TU score was.  I think it was around 720 or so.  I have a 120 day late on my CR from 2005.  I have a mortgage with them though.  The CC came from a pre-approval.

They are really great.  They may offer you a 0% BT for 15 months and they will send you the check so it is really a 0% cash advance.  About as good as it gets in my mind.

I agree. They have offered 6 months 0% on my Biz Card and it is same as cash in my hand. I am very much surprised and pleased with National City.
