I have 1 big chargeoff from 2004 and my eq at the time was around 650. You can sign up and get a membership to the California assn for older americans to become a member. After u apply and get approved for anything they will tell u to open a checking are savings account. everything u apply 4 at that time will be on 1 inquiry. I'm about to get a car loan thru them.

Yeah you can but it's not an instant approval. I called the day after I apped and found out I was approved.
