question

I know utilization should be 1-10% on one card for maximum scoring. But what if i have 3 cards all reporting a balance of less than $1? Has anyone tested this to see the results of score fluctuation?

Re: question

I have not tested it, but asked a similar question under General Credit topics.

From what I gather, information from more experienced people on this forum, FICO does not like a lot of cards showing balances.  Even if you are within that "magical" 1-9%.  This is why everyone always says pay all to 0 and let 1 card report a balance.

Hope that link works LOL
