I have never applied, once they told me I was pre approved and gave me a credit limit I could accept the offer or deny the offer. I was never asked to fill out any type of application.
Even when you purchase online during check-out I have received you are pre approved for 5K credit limit, would you like to accept this offer? If I choose to accept the offer, I was still never asked for any further information to fill out an application.
