sending GW letter

I am sending a GW letter to First Premier for a charged off cc that has been paid.

The address on my CR is

900 delaware Suite 7

TAPE ONLY

Sioux Falls, SD 57104

what does the tape only mean?  should I send correspondence here?

I have no idea! Hmmmmm......how about calling post office and asking them? Sounds like some automated bar coded/labeling, special machine handling, addressing thing or something doesn't it?

I called the Post Office.  She said it didn't mean anything to her.  So I'm sending it to the address I have and we'll see.  Thanks!
