So i have three charge offs with Cap 1, 1 paid in full, 2 unpaid, what are my chances of being approved for secured card?

Very good question.. OP, answer for good suggestions and responses..
OP: I have 3 charge offs (unpaid) with Cap One from 2012, and I was just approved for the Secured Card a few weeks ago.
I am looking into trying PFDs on all 3.

Well that gives me hope...but I think i read somewhere you can't have a chargeoff within the last year, i'm not sure how true that is and wanted opinions.
Also heard that Cap 1 doesn't do PFD's...but will honor a GW...ymmv!
Well i spoke with a Chat specialist, he encouraged me to apply even though i had the charge offs but how much do they know? They're like programmed robots!

Not sure how well that's going to fly but it's Capital One after all.
So, just curious, you have 3 charged off accounts with Capital One (1 paid) and the most recent charge off was just over a year ago, and you want more credit with them - even with two unpaid ones? Maybe I'm missing something here
For sure, they're not going to entertain a PFD.
Haha yeah it sounds crazy, but i want to get back in their good graces! Heard they're pretty forgiving...just another step to help raising my scores! I need more good credit reporting...currently a fingerhut and milestone gold mastercard.
