If your TU score is 617 I am thinking you will get Old Navy or Gap with a $200 limit. I was approved for 200 dollar limit over a year ago and that card has over a 6k limit now.

No, you have to be qualified for it.  So your credit portfolio, income etc.. will paly a role.

lol thanks for all the funny replies.  I really just meant if they would approve both.  which they did.  i have gone on a little bit of an app spree today.  will a 2000 balance that is never use help util? its on carecredit

SyncB will issue both cards, but why would you want both cards?   They can be used at either location and the rewards overlap.
