transferring credit lines with citibank

I am just wondering if anyone knows if citi allows transferring portions of credit limits when you have multiple cards, I have read amex does this?  Or even better if you are able to cancel  and transfer that credit limit to another card?  Thanks for any information

A few years ago CITI did allow you the ability to reallocate credit lines across multiple cards - however they stopped that practice. I am hoping it comes back soon.
