Thank you for all of the feedback. I do appreciate it. I am closing my first premier card after it reaches 1 year next month. I have reduced my utilization of all cards down to 20%, working to get them down to <9%. I have a state tax lien that I am working on getting paid off. I have a few paid baddies on my report that I have tried to GW but to no avail, so it will be several more years before I will qualify for the "elite" cards. But for now I will continue to Garden.
