Followed advice about getting the special accounts and club account. Under my assumption from advice here that these would be hidden. ....well low and behold I got an alert  from MPM with Macy's reporting one of the new special events accounts CL is 5K.wthhhhhh.

Was I wrong to assume that it will be hidden? This is going to take a hit on my AAoA!  And I am sure the other will show up soon. So upset!

Could be part of that thing that forced AMEX to stop report backdating.

What will happen to these accounts when they combine in June or July? Will they keep reporting on the old account that is 2 yrs old? Help i am freaked out! Tomorrow will be my 30 day no HP..but with this account showing does this ruin it now?

Why does the account reporting matter so much? It will help your utilization. One account is not going to cause your score to change much. The high limit will help overall.
