which barclays number do I call for a recon on a CLI?

here are the 2 numbers on the backdoor list.

Barclays: 888-232-0780 (Customer Care)
Barclays: 866-408-4064 (Credit Analyst)

Who do I call for a CLI? I was approved for $750, and Im looking at getting it bumped up to 3k if possible, or see what they counter offer. Does anyone know if it will be a SP or a HP?

well for my husband he was able to call barclays and say he wanted a CLI to match his higher limit cards and he got it without it being a hardpull, so I plan on giving them a ring and seeing what happens.

I see barclays has a reward of $50 cash back after first purchase, hopefully they will honor that since it wasnt on my pre-approval.
