age 24.
credit cards
discover it- CLI to 13200 recently. $3000 balance.
amex blue cash- CLI to 8000 recently. $0 balance
Citi Diamond Prefrerred- CLI to 6700 recently. $0 balance
Chase Freedom- 5000 $900 balance.
Chase slate- 5000 $0 balance
wells fargos platinum- automatic CLI to 2300 recently. $0 balance. less used card.
all these cards i use moderatley but try to pay off to 0 as soon as i can.
car loan: 18000. pay $400 monthly.
student loan: 7000 . pay $100 monthly.
care credit: 4500. had eye surgery balance of 1400 left. no interest charged if paid by 11/2014.
should i start on a spree or just lay low?

What are you looking for(ie balance transfer cards, cash back, travel cards etc) that you don't already have? That's the best reason to apply for a new card. I see you have a BT card and cards with rewards. What else would you need?
