Glad I am not banking with BoA.  A great reason to not have all your banking with one institution.

+1, and any credit balances remained unaffected. Just checked and I don't have more than 30% of my liquid assets in any FI.

I prefer credit unions anyways...only have deposit accounts at 2 banks.
