If TU was truly being TU they wouldn't have just screwed up the change, they would have whined about doing it.
I'm surprised that EX is being pokey, IME they're always the 1st ones out of the gate.

Me too EXP is always right on it . Funny still no dispute results from EQ but it was gone and updated on CK so who really knows lol
Well @Jnbmom my Regions won't budge.........another LOLzzzzzzzzz dispute saga
I hoped Exp took extra time (since June 15) to confirm I'm no longer an AU (since April 2022) plus viewing their own status updates that ceased in 2022 would suffice. Not to mention confirmation through Regions. Btw, this is an active acct. of Dh's, monthly use without fail. June 2022 through June 2023 I've requested twice now to have dh's Regions CC removed from my "open accounts" as I have not been an AU since April 2022. Experian shows last "Status Update" June 2022. It appears we've reached an impasse.
Wait for the 30 days after filing the dispute and if it isn't fixed consider filing a CFPB complaint against EX for incorrect reporting, noting that Regions has already confirmed to you that they're providing accurate information.
Sorry Sistah . I have still not gotten dispute results from EQ but it's off on CK. Exp has done anything either . Just got the letter from PNC for hubby stating I was removed guess I can send that. It's not a hard request geez

Okay, I will....thank you!

Like you, I'm surprised with the response time and quite frankly the results thus far are disappointing. This is proof you have to be you're own advocate because I'm not convinced for one second that they performed an investigation. I too received a letter yesterday stating updated "terminated au" status was indeed reported to the cb's. Interesting that you and I are having the same difficulty on something that seemingly is a quick fix.
In my experience if you give any one of the cra's multiple "simple" requests you're asking for a cluster!@#$ of mixed results. How is that they can EE derogs within seconds yet re-report an existing tl while changing the individual ownership? Or one cra will change your status to "terminated au" and leave it on your cr under closed accts. while another cra will totally remove it from your cr. You'd think all 3 cra's would follow the exact same reporting requirements.....but they don't. Because it's up to the consumer to find and make request updates/changes Annualcreditreport should continue to be a free service indefinitely.
Fantastic Sistah!
So I just rechecked dispute status on MyEquifax...latest results:
EQ must have had a change of heart and just deleted Sportsman's Guide vs👍👏deleted Sam's club mc👍 deleted Home Depot👏 but they went sour on me with Amex👎....its still in my open accts as an active AU.
Exp was kind enough to let me know they are still working it geez thanks 😳
