2 days ago, I had a 609 score over at sesame.....logged in today, and 497!
Just got latest credit reports from Trans Union and Experian, and there is no new activity on my credit picture.
- No new inquiries
- No new collections
- No closed accounts
- No lates or new derogs
Credit Karma is currently reporting 658 (TU) and 633 (EX), and you can see my FICOs in my signitire below.
What could possibly be the source of a 109 point drop? Unreal...
If nothing changed it's highly likely that it's just a glitch in their system. It isn't a score you should be worried about anyway.
Well, go figure.
Today, here at myFico, my Trans Union FICO went up 22 points to 606 !
Yet my Credit Sesame is still at 497, as reported yesterday. Credit Sesame appears to use Trans Union Vantage scores?
Happy about the TU bump here though!
I wouldn't worry about. CS is just fako anyways and always glitchy. My profile I have 2 chase cards, and they count them as one. 1 was at 12k and the other use to be at 7, every month it would either be alerts that my CL was increasing or decreasing.
Don't sweat it.
My Credit Karma account just got a 160 point drop from Trans Union as of today.
So, between Credit Sesame and Credit Karma, I have seen very significant point drops in the last 2 days....
but here on myFico, my Trans Union has increased up past 600 points, so I have no idea waht is going on.
The only thing that has changed in the last 35 days, is that on August 19th I had a balance of $841 on 1 of 2 credit cards, and I paid the one card off in full.
That left me a balance of $0 on my Capitol One card, and a balance of $21 on my secured CC that has a limit of $500.
Does this mean that paying off my 2nd credit card balance in full a few weeks back caused the massive point drop at Sesame and now at Karma?

No. Either there's a glitch at both CK and CS or something changed in your TU report. CK shows you the complete report. Have you checked it? Did you also see a drop in your EQ score on CK?
