Received a 1099-C for $ 755.00. I reported it on my 2008 taxes. The debt was charged off 5 years ago. The last activity on the account was 05/2002.
Since the Creditor 1099-C this debt, can they keep reporting a balance and a charge off every month?
What can I do about this?
