2 / 30 day lates five years ago

i just had two 30 day lates removed from my credit reort yesterday. they were 5 years old. i have no other bad remarks on my credit report. will i see a increase in my score and if so how much. my score is now 714 equifax. thanks.

I wouldn't bank on much (if any) rise as a result of the removal of those lates. The pain from those old negs would have greatly diminished by now, hardly hurting you at all. Still, I hope you something in the way of a point boost. Be sure to let us know!

You will see a lot more bounce if the lates are on two different accounts than if they are on one. If both are on one account the uptick will be pretty small.

just checked my score today and it is now 731 equifax. it may be small but ill take it.
