30 day notice to cure - please help

hi everyone, i just received a 30 day notice to cure from my co-op board due to me not having carpet on the floor. They sent this also to my mortgage company. Will this affect my credit report due to this being sent to my mortgage company? thanks

i was just alerted through my idtheft monitoring service that they put a public record on my credit report. OMG, what do i do?

I'm not sure what "cure" means, but i'm asuming you have 30 days to comply "before" they take adverse actions gainst you.  I guess it's like a 30 day grace period like what the credit card companies give you.  If you don't pay within 30 days, they report it to the credit bureaus.
