30 days late

On Feb.. 4th I received this score alert, my score dropped 57 points. I couldn't, understand why I got this because I have no missed payments on none off my reports. So I pulled up my cr after the alert and opened the payment history on my accounts and it shows a 30 late back in Oct. all of a sudden and only on Eq. I never missed any payments and why did it report like that all of sudden but showed all on time payments the previous months. What do I do and how do I get it off? thanx

P.S. Below is the actual alert

This score decrease may be caused by this new reason:

  • You’ve recently missed a payment or the date of your most recent missed payment is unknown

Re: 30 days late

If min payment was received within 60-days of your billing statement date, you arent 30-days late from billing due date.

If you contest the posting of a 30-day late on your CR, then file a direct dispute with the OC under FCRA 623(a)(8).
