I'm new to this board and would like a little help fixing my credit file. I have read the 101 section
along with few post. It's been a long road before getting my student loan in good standings.
I will send out PFD letters before paying the 3 collection accounts totalling under 1k.
I have a B.O.A secured credit card 1k for about 6 mo.(20% usage) Sallie Mae 20k student loan 240
mo. terms. Also a Orchard Card $500. I would appreciate any advice that can help. I'm preparing for
FHA in the next 6 mo. Maybe convent(smile) .
