Yes.. Green is charge.. not credit.. so you must PIF.

GL at finding one!  I have been looking.  I guess because you PIF and finance charges do not apply unless you pay late.  AF's are the only way charge cards make money for the ccc,s.

The only other one I know is Diners Club

I checked with Diner's Club, seems citi is the underwriter for these cards.
 
two charge cards available: Carte Blanche AF $300, Reg Diner's Club AF $95
 
they also have a credit card but do not know much about it

Is there really an advantage to an Amex green charge with annual fee vs an Amex blue credit with no fee? Why do people pay the fees for these cards? I don't get it. Amex offers similar services to non fee cards and gives any credit line one can handle for both.
