I cant belive them this is terrible.... I disputed them and this is the 2nd time they have listed this as a new account. How can the CB's let them do this???? Look at the balance date its 2003... its obviously not a new account. I hope the DV letter works. Suggestions anyone please.....Look below:

First, your post is from a credit monitoring service, I think. Because everyone has a different service they will not know what you are asking unless they have the same service as you.
When you say that it is shown as NEW.....what do you mean? Are you sure that they didn't just update their reporting? I have had an alart when something was just updated.
