My card reports to all 3, but my DH's only reports to 2 CRA's. It was there on the report at one point, but then it dropped off and he hasn't been able to get it back since. He's called and spoke with Wanda at the local branch and she said they do NOT report to all 3. He can't seem to get past her.
Anyone else have this issue?
Does he also have a primary card, or is he an authorized user? If it's the latter, it could just be the anti-abuse algorithm acting up. Most of my AU accounts disappeared from my EQ reports a few years ago. Most of them will reappear from time to time and then drop off again. If it's a primary card, possibly a split file? He's not a Jr., Sr., III, etc?
@K-in-Boston No, it's his account. He applied right after me cause he's competitive. 😒 He's also the first of his name, so no Jr's or III's. It's just weird. Every time he calls in, Wanda refuses to escalate and is adamant AOD does NOT report to Transunion. I'm not sure what to do at this point.
