Actually the pull was on DH's credit and his EQ was in the 550 range. He was sent a mailer with the free phone's and what not and we switched over to them since I thought my Sprint account was at the end of it's contract. (It wasn't, so I ended up with 2 cell carrier's, grrr)
I had not tried to clean up his reports when that was mailed to him and he had quite a mess. I see the soft pull on EQ which is where the mailer probably came from. The hard was pulled when he called to accept the offer. So, if you are worried about score's, I don't think AT&T is too picky in that area, judging by DH's reports.

I can verify that AT&T pulls EQ.

Be careful about those, the ETF is usually doubled by agents like that.
