ATT/CINGULAR Wireless mailing address?

Does anyone know of a proper mailing address to ATT Wireless. I have some old collections from them that I am disputing. I've disputed so much the CRA's have a notation that I dispute that information.

However it's not removed because AFNI and Cavalry keep saying it's verified. I plan on DV'ing them, but in the meantime I'd like to ask ATT if they have any proof I owe this debt (there's no possible way they do) and then I'll just undercut the CA's and take that information to the CRA's and say look, the OC doesn't have proof remove these items IMMEDIATELY.

AT&T is so mega huge, that it would depend on what state you are in.

I am in Texas, and I have a Texas address to send our payments to.

Based on info posted from SylviaTob, I am in VA. Could it the difference be due to whether we had a cingular acct or ATT acct prior to merger?

I live in Texas actually too, and this bogus collection is from before Cingular ever existed, so it's definitely been passed around a lot. I just want to know which address to mail my request for proof that I owe this alleged debt.

We HAD Cingular account for 5 years prior to AT&T buying them out. You sound like you're in a similar situations. So to answer your question.... no.

I would suspect that you living in VA would have an ATT&T billing addy in VA as well. Just my speculation.

Do you have a particular question about credit you wanted to ask?

Ahhhhhhhhhh, ok js, ty for the info. I'm in the DFW Metroplex. And my AT&T has a send to address of Dallas.

OK! You are going for a DV. Understand now.

I'd suggest calling AT&T: 800-288-2020, and ask them for a valid address to send the DV.

In this case I wouldn't trust the payment send to address, to be routed properly, as it is only a payment drop box addy. But here it is:
