Abreviations

It is easier for members to understand your situation better if you do not use so many abbreviations. All of us are not going to remember what each one means or have the time to constantly look them up.

Also there are many factors that affect your credit report, Try to give as much information as possible. For example do not say my score went down 25 points and I do not know why.

Try to dom this instead. visa opened for 5 yrs & 6 mths. just opened new loan 2 months ago, 6 inquiries on 1 credit report, bankruptcy filed 12, 2009, 5 colelction accounts 6 years ago. The more general inforamtion that you can provide the better.

AS A REMINDER DO NOT POST ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION OR ACCOUNT NUMBERS.

Re: Abreviations

Actually, most of us here seem to be perfectly comfy with the abbreviations. There's even a stickie in each forum to help newbies with abbreviations.

I'd kinda assume that if the regs here didn't want anyone to use them, they'd not use them either ... much less stickie a link to'em all!!

And TBH, it seems that ALL of the mods use the abbreviations ... I'd kinda think that if use of abbreviations were a no-no, they'd refrain from it.

Plus, I think that if using abbreviations WASN'T okay, I think that there'd not be as many people willing to take the time to help, yannow? After you've written "Original Creditor" a gazillion times in one afternoon, I'd kinda think you'd get sick of it and not post anymore! Ca va?

Just my two cents.
