Account delete

I have an account that had been deleted from the 3 credit bureau this year, but now there are an attorney of this account who said; that my bank account will be frozen, because I have a legal order from the court. That could be true????... went this account doesn't exist in my credit bureau. Please I need to know. Thank.

The only way this can happen is if there was a judgment against you. How old is this account and is it yours? For the purposes of SOL (statute of limitations), which state do you live in?

Yes, sounds like a judgement.  Credit reporting and collecting are 2 different things. This is the first you have heard about it?  Don't be chatting with that lawyer till you get your own.
