On the Account screen of my score watch, it shows my old gas card account as 30 days past due. The account was closed a couple of years ago, and I did have one late payment. I cancelled the card after paying it off.
When I click on the details link, it states the account was closed by myself and that it was paid in full with zero balance.
My question then is what is the true status of the account? It is closed, paid off in full, and each indicator seems to say as much with the exception of the Score Watch status of "30 days past due." What is my best course of action?
