I have a Citi Best Buy Visa and I have been fighting with them and Equifax and Transunion because it is not reporting to either of those bueraus Citi says they are force reporting it and Equifax says it was removed from my credit report as a part of a dispute and thats why its not appearing on my report. TU i have not contacted about the matter over the phone can someone please help me with this.

If push comes to shove and it has been excluded by a dispute of some sort then the remedy would be to ask Citi to shut down this card and issue a new one with a new account number, this should get by any problems that are on the CRA end. Same thing happens when AUs dispute to have it removed as not being responsible, if they become AU at a later time on that same account number it wont show on their CRs as its already been excluded for cause.
