Advice on plan of action

Hi. I'm new here and have been reading through the forums for the last week. I signed up with TC today and my FAKOs are TU 623-EX 538-EQ 588.

With TU, I have 4 derogs
1 Cap1 chargeoff due to fall off next year.
3 are med collections. All together they total about $600. 2 are due to fall off in 2009, the other in 2010.

With EX, I have 5 derogs.
4 are the ones listed on TU
The other is a collection which isn't mine.

With EQ, I have 5 derogs.
4 are the same as TU.
The other one is a school loan in collections. I have never got anything from them saying I owe money. They did call once last year, at which time I told them I had never received a bill. They claimed to have sent it to a former address (where my parents still live), but I asked my parents and they haven't saw anything either. I gave them the correct address and requested the bill be sent. To this day, I still haven't received anything from them.

On all 3, I have 4 good accounts. Funny thing is, they're all for the same loan, just reported 4 different times under different names as it kept changing hands. All show current, 2 show a balance, and 1 shows a late pay.

Here's my plan of action for now
1) Leave Cap1 alone since it's going to fall off next year and from what I've read in other threads, they're not going to work with me anyway.
2) PFD the medical collections.
3) Dispute the collection that isn't mine with CRA and CA. On the good school loan, GW the late pay and request the 2 reporting an incorrect balance to correct.

The derog school loan, I'm not sure what to do. It's due to fall off next year and is out of SOL, but I have a suspicion it's a state-funded loan. If my suspicion is right, they can still come after me for it even though SOL has expired, right?
