Alerts when you pay a collection?

I have had a collection on my account for $56 that I paid two days ago but I received an alert today from the CB that stated a new collection was detected. It's not new, it had been on there and I simply paid it two days ago. The CB alert doesen't appear as paid though, it still shows $56.

I am cleaning up my collections & everytime one gets removed or when one was closed due to paid, I get either an alert or a score increase alert.

Which CRA and what service are you using?  Always provide as much information as possible.  We only know what you tell us and without enough info we really can't provide feedback.  What do your reports actually state and how have they changed?
