Amex Gold reporting a credit limit to Experian, but it is NPSL

Anyone experienced this? Experian has a credit limit for my Amex Gold on file, which is my highest balance per statement closing. On top of that, my current balance is showing a ulitization based on that "highest reported balance" and my overall ulitization went up. It affected my Experian report scoring. Yikes. I contacted Amex Credit Reporting Department and they fixed it by calling Experian directly. Strange because it never reported like that since I got the card last summer. In case it happens to anyone else, double check how your charge cards are reporting!

Even without NPSL, the charge cards shouldn't be reporting a limit.  Sounds like the credit limit field was accidentally populated with the high balance when it got reported rather than being left empty.

Same thing just happened on my Gold card. I should probably call also. I was surprised to see that but it doesn't appear to have affected my Experian scores so far.
