Another GW accepted. Fico score up 27 pts!!!!!!

I just pulled my reports and noticed a GW that i sent was deleted off my account. Fico score up another 27 points!! Since i became a member on this site my fico scores have gone up all over 650+. Thanks. P.S. Anyone needing help with GW's or PFD's let me know.

Ive sent atleast 10 GW letters ot HSBC Auto over the last 2 years, the last late was 3 years and 2 months ago and only 30 days, but they still won't remove it. I hate them. Granted I've paid and closed the account 2 years ago,at that, they are in a word, garbage.

I need help with GW. Sent one to Wells Fargo Student Loan Service but got rejected. It is strange because they reported my account to EQ and TU as paid in full. but on my EX it says paid in full; was 120+ days late.

Student loans are tough I have one with Sallie Mae and have been trying for months and they just wont budge.

That's amazing!  Good for you!  Can you please post one of your sample GW letters so I can see how you worded it?  It might be worth a shot for me to start doing some of these.

i need some kind of letter for eaither the CRA or CA,

 my situation,  had an old cell bill sent to a CA,  paid off CA last year, said they would report to all 3 CRA account is paid w/$0 balance, after 2 months checked my CR's EQ & TU, showed paid, EX is STILL being reported as derog account, balance section, nothing is their, no number no $0 nothing, after several calls to same CA rep i was dealing w/the whole time, i told him he only reported to only 2 CRA's not all 3 as promised in his letter to me. said he would update it "again" and send me a letter verifying he updated, been 9 months still hasnt been updated, sent them a GW last month asking for deleteion, if not, to properly update EX as they should have, i have proof, a letter from the CA rep that they would report to all 3 CRA's.  

WHAT DO I DO if no answer to GW and nothing to be reported to EX to show paid, this account is not a derog if it has been paid in full. right?

Any help you can provide would be awesome.  I have tried to GW Kohl's, Lerner/New York nad Co, and Victoria's Secret for lates from 2001/02 (1 30 day on each) and got back "Its reporting correctly" on all 3.  I tried again and got the same.  I'm not sure that they're hurting much any more but if they were gone, I'd feel a lot better LOL

Well for my first collection i got deleted. I DV them and they didnt even have my right name on the bill. SO i disputed with CRA and it was deleted in a week. For the second collection deleted, it was more of a GW/PFD i called the CA where the colletion is and asked to speak with a supervisor. I told the supervisor the situation and why it went to collection in the first place due to they had an address listed for me that i lived at 5yrs ago. I also told her i have been turned down for new credit due to the collection and she then agreed to delete it if i pay it in full which i did. I asked for a written statement but she refused and said she would get in trouble with the CRA. So i thought she was lying. Anyways the next day or two when i pulled my report, it was gone and my score was up tremendously. I know your never supposed to call them personally but hey it worked for me, just call and play a guilt trip and always talk to a supervisor.. Hope this helps.
