i need some kind of letter for eaither the CRA or CA,
my situation, had an old cell bill sent to a CA, paid off CA last year, said they would report to all 3 CRA account is paid w/$0 balance, after 2 months checked my CR's EQ & TU, showed paid, EX is STILL being reported as derog account, balance section, nothing is their, no number no $0 nothing, after several calls to same CA rep i was dealing w/the whole time, i told him he only reported to only 2 CRA's not all 3 as promised in his letter to me. said he would update it "again" and send me a letter verifying he updated, been 9 months still hasnt been updated, sent them a GW last month asking for deleteion, if not, to properly update EX as they should have, i have proof, a letter from the CA rep that they would report to all 3 CRA's.
WHAT DO I DO if no answer to GW and nothing to be reported to EX to show paid, this account is not a derog if it has been paid in full. right?
