Hey Everyone!
So I initiated a dispute with EOS CCA in August 2013 for a ATT phone bill that originated in 2008. The following month the account was removed from all three CRA's. I just received a debt validation notice from EOS CCA for the same debt advising I have thirty days to validate the debt and that the debt was acquired by US asset management debts. I'm assuming after the debt was sold in late 2013 to US Assets, US Assets then resold the debt back to EOS CCA. Any advice on how to proceed to insure the account will not be placed on my credit reports again in error?
