I'm hoping someone with an Affinity account could help me out with this. I recently about a week or two ago had received correspondence about a supplemental healthcare plan affiliated with Affinity. This isn't any type of life insurance, but more so if you were to be admitted to the hospital, the plan would kick in, adding to what your primary insurance would cover. I haven't herd back from the company and forgot to make note of their info like I usually do. If anyone knows what I'm referring too and has the name of the company or contact number, please shoot it my way. I have not tried to call Affinity yet because I didn't think a front-line CSR would even know what I'm talking about.
For your reading pleasure. You can talk to the insurance specialist for any question you may have. Im sure it is isnt a reg CSR on the banking side. No I'm not a member. Just a researcher.

This sounds similar to what Aflac sells. For example you get $300 a day for every day you are an inpatient at a hospital. I haven't looked at this coverage in years but when I did I felt the premiums were too high for what you were getting.

I think the subject line for this thread is too broad. I'm an Affinity account holder, and have never even read the insurance mailers from them or from any other credit union. I get them all the time and they go directly to the shredder.
