It is more of a customer feedback on future product offerings. The last one I did sought feedback/ opinions on enhancing the rewards structure for one of their premium cards.

If you are interested in future offerings then you should. It's usually a few survey linked questions.
You won't find a lot searching as you are not supposed to disclose any details about the program.
Did your invite look like mine in the first post???
Mine didn't have the "The future is in your hands!" graphic part and the Capital One logo graphic was different. It had a really plain looking font which is what threw me off. But so far it all seems authentic. Didn't ask for my capital one info (asked to sign up with any email, not specifically capital one login stuff) and only been asked demographic questions, nothing too personal like account info or SSN.
