Auto financing advise

I have a 585 credit score - Experian. I heard Roadloans.com pulls EX, does anyone know if I can be approved for a loan of $28-30k ? I currently make about 68K and my debt to income ratio is very low. 1 crapital one cc with a $14 balance, limit of $1200 and no lates in about 16months ( one 30day late back in feb '06). An installment low that is 2 months old and 2 paid closed credit cards and two collection items.

I have never had an auto loan, and this will be my first.

And do you think a 9%-13% interest is achievable? Please advise anyone with similar experience.

First off do you have any other auto loans?? I believe Roadloans uses an Auto Enhanced score which depending on how well you paid on previous auto loans could be lower then your FICO scores.
