Automated MOV??

I recently disputed some items with Experian that they supposedly verified.  I called today to request MOV, and they stated that all verifications are automated and done through a computer, and therefore they have no specific person or phone number they spoke with.  Is this a valid MOV?  Can I re-dispute these items, or dispute the MOV?  Thanks.
