This sucks. We are trying to buy a house and up pops a collection yesterday from National Credit that is from BMG. This is NOT mine. How can I fix this and quick? My married name was Brown. Is is likely they name matched me?
Oh and I never got any letter in the mail about this collection so far. On report it says 12-2008 but must have reported on 3-31-09 as it shows new and bad for March.
