Anyway, I went ahead opened up the account and transferred the balances. I know the 9.90 is high for bt but I have a plan for paying this off as quick is possible. I thought long and hard and asked lots of questions from everyone here and from my family on whether I should do this or not. I am very committed in reaching the 700 club.
