Balance reported by the CRAs be rounded up or down?

I know that the CRAs only report whole dollar amounts but if I have a balance of $2999.99 on my credit card, will the balance be reported as $2999 or $3000 ?

It's not rounded, cents are omitted regardless of the amount due to reporting format.
