I had same issue with bank of america. I reported to bank of america several times, everytime they will tell me they will update to all credit bureaus next month, but nothing happened. After about 9 months after I called many times, all bureaus reports were reflected correctly. When I disputed with bank of america, they never do anything. When I gave up trying, everything becomes correct. I am not sure with citi since I never had any citi card. But I thought I will apply bestbuy card when I need to finance an electronic or something. Anyway, I know how you feel right now because I have experienced this, I wish you get a perfect solution as soon as possible.
