I need to talk to someone at TU other than the Indian people who answer the phones. I need an American who understands perfect English and knows about our score/mortgage/financial system. I have an old delinquent account that is over 7 years old that - by law - must be removed from my file. But, after talking to 8 people and 3 supervisors, I am convinced I need to find someone at a different office. The new twist now is that they ask for the last 4 digits of the credit card account, and then tell me it is not on my file. But, when I give them the info for the account, then they find it. The girl yesterday told me that they scramble the account numbers for my protection. This was after she asked me for the account number and said it was not there. I am on a SERIOUS time table, and I am desperate to get this resolved. Does anyone have any way to contact a more intelligent person at TU? Thank you.
