Can anyone give advice on what the most accurate credit score simulator is? Thanks in advance for your help! This forum is the best. I will be sure to pitch in as often as I'm able.

Some say the myFICO simulator is the most accurate, others, myself included, say none of them are even remotely accurate.
Chapter 13:
I categorically refuse to do AZEO!

I agree with the "not remotely accurate" stance. Simulators factor in what profile changes happen in the future, but are based on today's economic status so when you hit that "in 24 months" it's still bouncing it against today's economy, which banks LOVE to say is why they change things up (and for the most part it's true).
what I can say is anything that anything that changes in these groups, both independtly and collectively, always seem to work against us.
Reducing your Average Age of Accounts, Increasing overall utilization, and Increasing the number of new accounts and/or inquiries drives downward motion. All are temporary but the velocity of "what action happens when" will impact that recovery time. The longer those factors remain unchanged, the more your scores go up
