Black Market Surveillance Alert

About a week and half ago, I got an alert for black market surveillance, It said my name (previous last name) old address, SSN(It only showed the last 4) and birth date had been leaked on to black market, I placed a freeze on ALL 3 credit bureaus a week later, I get another alert for the same exact thing, my question is how long do I need a freeze when am I safe? My ex-h was recently arrested for ID theft,  but got off on plea deal and probation. So I don't know if I am ever safe. I am trying to improve my credit and life. To give my family the best and now, I don't know if I am safe because it could've been him

The exact same thing just happened to me over the last week. I received an alert from Discover, then Capital One, a few days apart. They also stated my maiden name, previous address and last four of my SSN, saying that's what was found on the "dark web." Weird. I'll try to link to my post in a sec, someone replied with some good advice.
