I have a couple of cards with BoA, and they offer free access to your FICO 8 score from Transunion, which according to their site updates monthly. However, mine hasn't updated since 1/11/18. That's the first time I requested it. Now it's 2/20, and it's still showing my 1/11 score.
Has anyone else who has used BoA's FICO feature found that it doesn't update consistently month to month? Is there a rhyme or reason to it?
