Does anyone know if there is any company that gives business loans to companies

with a strong tax return. No PG, just based on longevity of the business and tax returns.

You could try Prosper.   They seem to do a lot of "business" loans. 

Are you looking for a credit card, if so, try HomeDepot Mastercard with noPG.  Brother got 25K, no PG, 25 years of business, Incorporated 2 years, one account showing on SmartBusiness reports, Experian Business Score 95.  Did not check or ask for personal.
