Bye Bye Scorewatch

I did it, i called today and cancelled scorewatch. I'm not being ripped off another 9 bucks for another month without an update. TC has updates daily, FICO should too. I'll consider coming back when SW begins to care about doing what they promise.

Re: Bye Bye Scorewatch

Lol you got off lucky....those SOBs sent me an alert on 8-23 that said my score dropped 229 points to 429. I almost lost my mind! Then I log in and pull my report and it's exactly what it was supposed to be.....fool me once......well on 8-30 same thing, 229 point drop log in and buy ANOTHER report....658 like it should be. I'm ready to show somebody what bamf stands for Smiley Happy

Re: Bye Bye Scorewatch

I must be having really good luck.  I get alerts at least once a week and they seem  to be pretty accurate.

I think it could be better, but I am still keeping it until at least next year!

Re: Bye Bye Scorewatch

I am keeping mine as well. I have experienced a few bumps with it, however, when I call CS they make it right and I get credit for that report. The world is not perfect and sometimes a bit of communication goes a long way.

Re: Bye Bye Scorewatch

Well I just got off the phone with them. They ended up giving me 2 free reports as it was easier than doing a credit. It looked like an LVNV account was added to my report but then removed....must have been a data entry error???....so I guess the next time my score drops I'll just wait it out a little Smiley Happy
