CA PP Soft Pull? / CRTP Passed / No TL

I'm a bit confused about Soft Pull PP from a CA .

Specifically, I have CA's doing periodic soft pulls on collection accounts that are passed CRTP and thus are no longer reporting any TL's on my CR.

In this instance does a CA still have PP to poke around via a soft pull?

Thanks in Advance.

If the debt is still owed, they have PP.  Just because it isn't reporting does not mean the debt is forgiven.  They can try to collect forever.

I'm not disputing their right to try and collect, however, are they required to prove PP to the CRA's when they request a Soft Pull if there is no TL anymore and CRTP has passed?  And if so, how do they do this?

If it cannot be added to your CR anymore due to timing, I do not believe they have any authority to pull anything.
